  • To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • A return request should be created within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are defective because of abuse, neglect, or improper assembly

How to Initiate a Return
