Hattie Basket Weave Snuggle Sofa

We understand that every custom sofa is made specifically to suit your requirements. Because custom sofas are manufactured according to your selected size, design, fabric, colour, and configuration, they are generally non-returnable or non-refundable once production has started. Before production, our team will confirm all order details with you to ensure everything is correct. If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Return or replacement requests are subject to our Product Return Policy and applicable terms.
