An order may only be considered confirmed once the required information and applicable payment or advance payment have been received and accepted by Dubai Sofa. Once production has started, changes to custom sofa specifications may not be possible or may result in additional charges or delays. Customers should ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

Prices and Payment

Prices for our sofas and custom-made sofa solutions are based on the selected design, dimensions, materials, upholstery, configuration, customization requirements, and other applicable specifications. We aim to provide accurate pricing information; however, quotations may change if the customer modifies the agreed specifications before production. Customers are responsible for making payments according to the payment terms communicated by Dubai Sofa. For customized sofas, an advance or deposit may be required before production begins. Any applicable delivery, installation, customization, or additional service charges will be communicated where relevant. Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation or changes may be subject to applicable charges.

Delivery and Installation

Dubai Sofa provides delivery services for customers purchasing sofas in Dubai, subject to the applicable delivery arrangements and location. Delivery times may vary depending on the sofa design, customization requirements, production schedule, availability, and delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the property has suitable access for the sofa, including entrances, doors, elevators, stairways, corridors, and parking arrangements where applicable. Customers should inform us in advance about building restrictions or access limitations that may affect delivery. Installation or assembly services, where applicable, will be carried out according to the agreed service. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery schedule.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should carefully inspect their sofa at the time of delivery before accepting the product. For custom-made sofas, customers should check the overall design, dimensions, upholstery, color, configuration, and visible condition against the approved order specifications. Any visible damage, missing components, incorrect items, or significant discrepancies should be reported to Dubai Sofa as soon as possible, preferably at the time of delivery or within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers may be requested to provide clear photographs or videos to help us assess the reported issue. Issues resulting from manufacturing errors or delivery damage will be reviewed and handled according to the applicable return, replacement, repair, or warranty terms.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy. Because custom-made sofas are produced according to individual customer requirements, customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product. However, a custom-made sofa may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect production, significant delivery damage, or another issue caused by Dubai Sofa. Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order and report eligible problems within the specified timeframe. Any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable policy and payment terms.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or fulfillment has not already progressed. For custom-made sofas, cancellation may not be possible once production has started because the sofa is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s approved requirements. If production has already begun, any cancellation may be subject to applicable production, material, customization, transportation, or other costs. Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review all measurements, designs, fabrics, colors, configurations, and other specifications before approving a custom sofa order. Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched for delivery may also be subject to applicable cancellation or transportation charges.

Warranty

Dubai Sofa provides warranty coverage for eligible manufacturing defects according to the applicable Care & Warranty Policy and the specific warranty terms associated with the product. Depending on the sofa and applicable coverage, the warranty may address certain manufacturing, structural, upholstery, stitching, or workmanship defects. The warranty does not generally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, pet damage, unauthorized modifications, excessive weight, relocation damage, or failure to follow recommended care instructions. Warranty claims may require an inspection of the sofa and supporting photographs, videos, invoice details, or other information. Sofas should be used for their intended purpose, and customers should avoid standing, jumping, placing excessive weight on the arms or backrests, or making unauthorized modifications. Damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, unsuitable cleaning products, or unauthorized repairs may not be covered under the applicable warranty.

Any customer-provided measurements, specifications, or design requirements should be checked carefully before approval, as changes after production begins may not be possible or may result in additional costs.
